Chilled Iron shots offered by us are widely used for cleaning in foundries, casting for sand removal. Besides, these are also used for cleaning of kettles & coppers, ingredient for ship weight or weight of fisher's nets and filler for stong-rooms. We too offer chilled iron grits that is a white iron structure fabricated by using high grade broken iron shot of high hardness, a very hard, sharp angles.

Our range of chilled iron grits are used for air blast applications, for removing of old paints, cleaning of castings and metallurgical materials, for blasting of stone and for cutting of stone. Furthermore, these are also suitable for etch structural steel and components prior to coating with paint, metal spray & plastics.

  • Used in surface preparation for electroplating, enameling, painting
  • Also applicable as granite sawing and granite block surface treatment and also for shot-blast leaning of castings, forgings, rolled steel before and after heat treatment.
